Magic Knight Rayearth is a cool Anime! It all starts out when Hikaru sees the Mythical Faerie (which is actually a rabbit thing). She tells her friends Umi and Fuu what she saw. The next thing they know, the Earth is deserted, and they are fighting for their lives!

In Rayearth, everyone has their own elemental powers! Umi (to the left) has the power of water/ice, Hikaru has the power of fire, and Fuu has the power of Wind. They each have there own Summon type creatures that they fuse with to win each battle (and then unfuse). They can control the huge beasts until the enemy is killed.

Monoka is the the little fairy/bunny thing that Hikaru discovered. It brought them into the world that they are in. It goes along with Umi, Fuu, and Hikaru on their journey to get out of the world. It is a magical little creature.
